Any further storage of data or part of the data may be used to assert or defend the rights of the interested party in any eventual location and, in particular, in the courts, as well as to respond to the explicit requests of the interested party, such as requests to receive promotional material if express consent has been given.
The Data Controller periodically checks its privacy and security policy and, if necessary, revises it in relation to regulatory, organisational or technological changes. In case of policy changes, the new version will be published on this page of the site.
